Biography

Scott, the founding attorney of Northern County Law, began his legal practice at the Kootenai County Prosecutor's office prosecuting everything from drug offenses to driving charges. Scott then continued his prosecution career at the Shoshone County Prosecutor's office where he honed his skills of trial presentation and case analysis in both misdemeanor and felony cases. Prior to his work as a prosecutor, Scott graduated number one in his law school class in addition to clerking for a Federal Judge.

Scott is proud to be able to use his prosecution experience to help the residents of North Idaho, including Shoshone, Kootenai, and Benewah Counties. Scott prides himself in being a local with a personal knowledge of regional law enforcement and prosecution. Being one of only two defense firms located in Shoshone County, we understand the need for quality legal representation. In his spare time, Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with his family.
